From the Elbe Tunnel
After leaving the Elbe Tunnel take the Othmarschen exit and keep in the eastern direction towards city centre. You are now driving on Beringstraße. Turn right at Hohenzollernring. When you can almost smell the river Elbe the Elbchaussee is crossing. Turn left here and then go straight on until Altona town hall, a magnificent white building on your left hand side. On the next bigger crossing turn right onto Königstraße.
From the Elbe Bridges
After crossing the Elbe river keep driving on Amsinckstraße (B4) in the city centre direction. Head for Hauptbahnof, Hamburg's central station, and stay straight. The street turns into Ost-West-Straße, a prominent avenue going right through Hamburg's Financial district. You will soon reach St. Pauli district with its infamous Reeperbahn street. Passing numerous red lights with unmistakable offerings the scenery is turning more factual again as Reeperbahn turns into Königstraße. Opposite to Schleepark you will find REVORM.
From Hamburg Airport
Keep right leaving the terminals and follow Alsterkrugchaussee in the direction of city centre. The road turns into Tarpenbekstraße. Follow the road and keep driving on Gärtnerstraße (B5). When you reach Max-Brauer-Allee turn right in southern direction towards the Altona district. Shortly after passing Altona train station you are going to see Altona town hall, a magnificent white builing on your right hand side. Turn left at the crossing onto Königstraße. Ride time is about 22 minutes, as long as Hamburg's traffic plays along.
Public Transportation
Rapid transit trains S1, S3 and S11 all stop at Königstraße.
At Hamburg central station look for S3 in the direction of Pinneberg, or for S1 and S11 in the direction of Blankenese. The ride will cost 1,55 Euros and will take 11 minutes. At destination Königstraße exit the station directly on Königstraße or on Behnstraße, which crosses Königstraße.
From close-by Altona train station our office is situated within walking distance. You can reach it within 10 minutes. Walk across Altona's pedestrian precinct in eastern direction. At Altona Poststraße turn right and stay straight until you reach Königstraße via Behnstraße.
Likewise you can take buses 112 and 283 from Altona train station. Exit at Altona Poststraße and continue on your way as described above. The ride takes only 3 minutes — you will just have missed the precinct then.
